Frequently Asked Questions

Why is camera scanning unavailable?

Camera access requires a secure context (HTTPS or localhost) and user permission. When unavailable, the tool falls back to image decoding automatically.

Why won't my WiFi QR code connect?

Check that the encryption type matches your router (WPA/WPA2/WPA3 covers most networks) and enable Hidden Network if the SSID is not broadcast. Both iOS and Android system cameras recognize the WIFI: format.

What if decoding fails?

Make sure the QR code is complete, sharp, and surrounded by a quiet zone. Image decoding runs at maximum effort — for very blurry photos, try upscaling the image and uploading again.
